Blind Men Receive Sight Back to Bible Passages
(Marcos) Mark 10:46-52
46 And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.46 At nagsidating sila sa Jerico: at habang nililisan niya ang Jerico, na kasama ng kaniyang mga alagad at ng lubhang maraming mga tao, ang anak ni Timeo, si Bartimeo, na isang pulubing bulag, ay nakaupo sa tabi ng daan.
47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.47 At nang marinig niya na yao'y si Jesus na Nazareno, siya'y nagpasimulang magsisigaw, at nagsabi, Jesus, ikaw na anak ni David, mahabag ka sa akin.
48 And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.48 At siya'y pinagwikaan ng marami upang siya'y tumahimik: datapuwa't siya'y lalong sumisigaw, Ikaw na Anak ni David, mahabag ka sa akin.
49 And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.49 At tumigil si Jesus, at sinabi, Tawagin ninyo siya. At tinawag nila ang lalaking bulag, na sinasabi sa kaniya, Laksan mo ang iyong loob; ikaw ay magtindig, tinatawag ka niya.
50 And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.50 At siya, pagkatapon ng kaniyang balabal, ay nagmadaling tumindig, at lumapit kay Jesus.
51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.51 At sumagot sa kaniya si Jesus, at sinabi, Ano ang ibig mong gawin ko sa iyo? At sinabi ng lalaking bulag, Raboni, na tanggapin ang aking paningin.
52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.52 At sinabi sa kaniya ni Jesus, Humayo ka ng iyong lakad; pinagaling ka ng iyong pananampalataya. At pagdaka'y tinanggap niya ang kaniyang paningin, at siya'y sumunod sa kaniya sa daan.
